Platonic Solids

These crystals have been cut into the five, polyhedral shapes common to sacred
 geometry. They were first written about by Plato and are associated with the four
 classical elements and the energy of spirit.

 Tetrahedron: 4 triangular faces & 6 edges, fire element
 Cube: 6 square faces & 12 edges, earth element
 Octahedron: 8 triangular faces & 12 edges, air element
 Dodecahedron: 12 pentagonal faces & 20 edges, ether or spirit
 Icosahedron: 20 triangular faces & 30 edges, water element
