About the Author
Paul Cavel is the founder of The Tai Chi Space, a London-based school dedicated to teaching Taoist energy arts. Since 1987, he has studied various disciplines, including Taoism, the I Ching, Five Element Neigong, medical Qigong, Yang and Wu style Tai Chi, Bagua, Qigong Tui Na energy healing, and Taoist meditation. A dedicated teacher since 1995, Paul is recognized for his ability to embody these arts and break them down into accessible steps for student.
